Problem solving

We have had lots of fun trying to think of answers to Luke's Mum's problem!
This is what we think you should do to stop small boys from sneaking chocolate in the middle of the night....

Put bells on his bedroom door, when Dylan tries to go out the bells will ring and wake up his parents...
But if they don't wake up, then there should be a stair gate to stop him going downstairs....
But if he does get downstairs, Then there should be a cage hung from the ceiling by the Christmas tree. When Dylan goes to get some chocolate, it will be attached to the cage by a secret string, he takes the chocolate and the cage comes down and traps him. Luke should sleep on the couch so he can wake up and catch him!

Leah wanted to say thank you to Jackson and his mum and dad for a really fun time at his birthday party. Leah had a really busy weekend and went to a fun picnic on Sunday. Santa was there and she and her friend Ella went for a rid on a steam train and tram at Ferrymead.

You wouldn't believe, but Dylan has stopped sneaking chocolates! I told him, that we had to find the burglar and that Luke's class had a great idea on how to do it: The cage above the xmas tree! Dylan got cold feet and said, that he would be scared if the cage would fall on top of him!! He hasen't done it since ....
Thanks Room 2
