Tadpoles

We think our tadpoles will grow into whistling tree frogs. We have been learning about them. We have found out that they are brown with a little patch of green. They hibernate in winter. They eat small insects like aphids The boy frogs do the whistling to find a mate.

THank you for your comments. We don't know if pukekos will eat our frogs. We will have to find out.
We don't know what songs they sing, but we have been trying to listen to frog sounds on the internet.
