News and Views

It is Friday. We love Fridays. Fridays are special because it we have worked really hard through the week we get to play with the dress ups and the cars and the games! We alwaays work hard so we always get to do these things.
We go to our school assembly as well. We like assembly because we get to hear about what has been happening around the school and we sing our favourite songs. This week, Room 5 are doing assembly. I wonder what they will do for us?
It has been a busy week because we have started our blog, we have also been busy with our tadpoles. We have also been talking about our topic, which is simple machines. We will tell you more about this next week.
The weather has been hot so we have been outside, getting ready for athletic sports. We want to be really fit so we can run fast!

Dear Room 2, this is so great you have started your own blog. I am Jackson Smith's Aunty Emma and I live all the way in London, England. Maybe your teacher could show you on a map where you would have to fly to see me! Because I live far away I don't get to see Jackson very often, so your blog is a perfect way for me to keep up to date on whats happening in his class. I am very interested in hearing more about your tadpoles. The frogs we have in England are not the same as NZ ones. Keep up the bogging and if I see the Queen I shall say hi to her from Room 2!
